Mama Tembo on Safari
David took Dana and family on Safari for her 70th birthday. It was a truly wonderful trip. "Tembo" means elephant and Dana was especially entranced by them. She never tired of watching them. Soon we were calling her "Mama Tembo".
This photo is from the day we saw the Red Cobra. (We didn't tell her about that, it would have been worse than the day in Manyara NP that a snake fell out of a tree and landed on the ground next to her!)
